“It’s a mix of raided grandma’s closet and classic punk with a little bit of boudoir on the side,” explains Lyndsey Butler, the designer for Veda reclaimed leather, which collaborated with Reformation by Yael Aflalo on a holiday collection. The resulting 10 pieces channel Kate Moss and Johnny Depp circa 1994 and all things grunge — downtown motorcycle jackets paired with silk burgundy pajama pants and camisoles; festive red leather vests with indigo blue slip dresses and denim miniskirts. In other words, a very Courtney Love Christmas.
